Accessibility Statement

Effective date: October 16, 2026

Our approach to making ResumeATM’s website usable, and how to request help or report a barrier.

On this page1. Our commitment2. Features included in the site3. Current limitations and third-party content4. Request assistance or an alternative format5. Ongoing improvements

1. Our commitment

Dash Consulting Group aims to make the ResumeATM website usable by people with disabilities and to improve access as the site evolves. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a status established simply by publishing this statement.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as a reference target. We have not completed an independent comprehensive accessibility audit and do not claim that every page, component, or third-party service fully conforms.

2. Features included in the site

  • Semantic page headings and descriptive link text.
  • A keyboard-accessible skip link to the main content.
  • Visible focus indicators for keyboard navigation.
  • Navigation dropdown buttons with expanded-state information.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images and a title for the inquiry iframe.
  • Responsive layouts and support for the browser’s reduced-motion preference.
  • Motion controls on selected animated demonstrations and visuals.
  • An email contact and a direct link as alternatives to the embedded inquiry form.

These features have been incorporated in the site code; their presence is not evidence that all user journeys have been verified with every assistive technology.

3. Current limitations and third-party content

The Moxie inquiry form, external client portals, linked resources, and future event-registration platforms are provided by third parties. Their interfaces may behave differently from this site, and embedded content can present keyboard, screen-reader, contrast, resizing, or other barriers.

Browser-based visual and assistive-technology testing has not been completed for all pages and interactions. Some animations, graphics, tables, or externally supplied content may still need improvement. Please tell us about a specific problem rather than assuming an alternative route will work for everyone.

4. Request assistance or an alternative format

If you cannot use the form, read content, navigate a page, or complete a task, contact ashley@resumeatm.com with the subject “Website accessibility assistance.” You can use email to discuss a project or ask for information that would otherwise be available through the website.

If possible, include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, a description of the barrier, and any browser or assistive technology details you wish to share. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or medical information.

We will review requests and work with you on a reasonable alternative or a correction. We cannot promise a fixed resolution time for every issue, particularly where another provider controls the feature.

5. Ongoing improvements

As content and functionality change, we aim to review navigation, forms, headings, image descriptions, motion, and reading order. Feedback helps identify barriers that code checks may miss.

This statement is not a certification under the ADA, Section 508, or any other standard. Different obligations apply to different organizations and services. Our aim is practical access and continued improvement.
