1. Website operator and scope
This website is operated by Dash Consulting Group under the ResumeATM brand. These terms describe the conditions on which we make this public website available. Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The enforceability of any provision is subject to applicable law.
These terms cover website content and public demonstrations. They do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work, service agreement, subscription terms, event terms, or data-processing agreement. If a separate agreement applies to your engagement, it controls that engagement and any conflict within its scope.
2. Permitted use and conduct
You may browse the site, read articles, explore public demonstrations, and contact us about a legitimate business inquiry. If you act for a company, you are responsible for having authority to provide its information and discuss its needs.
Do not use the site unlawfully, impersonate others, submit information you have no right to disclose, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, bypass access restrictions, or collect other people’s information without authorization. Do not misrepresent a demonstration as a deployed ResumeATM client solution.
3. Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, website text, original design, graphics, materials, and branding belong to Dash Consulting Group or their respective rights holders. Product names, marks, photographs, and third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their owners.
You may link to our public pages and use brief attributed quotations where permitted by law. No ownership or general commercial reuse license is granted merely by accessing the website. Do not copy or resell substantial materials, remove ownership notices, or imply endorsement without permission.
Ownership of custom tools, source code, workflows, training materials, deliverables, client information, and any licenses is determined by the applicable written engagement agreement. These website terms do not transfer client ownership to us or promise a particular ownership arrangement.
4. Inquiries and submitted information
Submitting a form, requesting a walkthrough, or exchanging preliminary messages does not by itself create a paid engagement, reserve capacity, guarantee acceptance, or establish confidentiality obligations. A project requires agreement on the relevant scope and terms.
Provide accurate information you are authorized to share. Do not submit passwords, sensitive employee records, health information, government identifiers, or trade secrets through the general inquiry form. Agree a suitable transfer method and any needed confidentiality or data-processing terms before sharing sensitive project material.
Personal information is addressed in the Privacy Policy. Providing an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your business idea or authorize unrelated uses of personal information.
5. Demonstrations, AI outputs, and business decisions
Public examples show possible capabilities and approaches. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, they are illustrative or scripted and are not live client integrations, independently verified performance results, or promises about your engagement.
AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for a particular use. Appropriate human review, approved information, and testing are necessary before relying on output. You remain responsible for decisions made in your business and for assessing applicable requirements with qualified advisers.
Articles and educational materials provide general information, not individualized legal, financial, employment, clinical, or regulatory advice. Governance support is not a certification of legal compliance.
6. Scope, timelines, and results
Project features, integrations, access requirements, testing, responsibilities, implementation support, and acceptance criteria must be defined in the applicable agreement. Development speed depends on that scope and the information, systems, approvals, and participation required.
A reference to a rapid build or a delivery estimate is not a promise that every enterprise system, integration, or production deployment can be completed within that period. A working prototype and a supported production implementation are different deliverables.
We do not guarantee profit, savings, revenue, adoption, hiring outcomes, or other business results through use of this website. Any specific contractual commitments must be documented separately. Founder experience and external market statistics should not be interpreted as ResumeATM client outcomes.
7. Fees, cancellations, and refunds
Fees, deposits, subscriptions, payment schedules, cancellations, rescheduling, and refund eligibility for a paid engagement or event must be disclosed in the applicable proposal, order, checkout, registration terms, or service agreement before purchase.
No blanket “all sales final” rule or specific refund period is imposed by this public website policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. If you have paid for a service and need help, contact ashley@resumeatm.com with the relevant agreement or purchase information.
8. Third-party services
The website embeds a Moxie inquiry form and may link to client portals, registration platforms, external sources, and other services. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy practices, accessibility features, and availability. We do not control every aspect of those services, and using a link does not imply endorsement of all their content.
If a third-party feature prevents you from contacting us, email us directly. Our responsibilities for our own services remain subject to applicable law and any relevant agreement.
9. Availability, disclaimers, and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, public website content and demonstrations are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free content. We may correct, modify, restrict, or discontinue website features.
To the extent permitted by law, Dash Consulting Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the public website or reliance on general informational content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud or other non-waivable misconduct, or overrides mandatory statutory rights. Liability for contracted services is governed by the applicable service agreement.
10. Questions, disputes, and changes
Please contact ashley@resumeatm.com about a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive a jury trial, or require you to surrender a non-waivable right or remedy. Applicable law and any separate binding agreement determine available jurisdiction and remedies.
We may update these terms, with the current effective date shown above. Updates do not retroactively change a signed engagement agreement without the process required by that agreement or applicable law. If part of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
